Class Discussion Prep	Team Meetings Teams are expected to hold "Daily Scrum" meetings at least twice per week. One meeting will take place during class each week using breakout rooms. Teams are expected to hold at least one other meeting during the week. Meetings can be easily held by creating a breakout room within the Drop In Room on Blackboard Collaborate. Team Status Briefing Following the "Daily Scrum" session that takes place during class, one member of the team will brief the class on the status of the team's project.

Written Assignments Due	Completed Project (one per team - no explicit submission required)) Description: Conduct a small team project of interest to your team using agile project management techniques. Instructions for the Completed Project Grading Rubric for the Completed Project Project Demo Video (one submission per team) Description: Each team will create a demo video for their project consistent with the instructions document posted below. Teams are expected to post their project demo videos to a streaming video site like YouTube. So, teams will be submitting the URL for the demo video rather than a video file. See the instructions document below for more details regarding expectations for the project demo video. The focus of the report will be the team's experience in applying agile project management techniques to the project. Exams Due	Exam on the Schwalbe Text Description: This will be a multiple-choice exam on the content in the Schwalbe text. There will be 100 questions. It is an open book, open notes, open Internet test. Just be sure to do your own work. The exam will be administered using the Moodle Quiz feature. Multiple attempts will be allowed.
