Required Readings	Review Vincent Chapters 1 – 6. Note that these are tutorial chapters that don't lend themselves to reading without following the tutorial. For a discussion of which of these tutorial chapters you should actually create code for, please see the coding assignment below.

Friday, January 31 (3:00 P.M. – 4:00 P.M., Zoom) Optional Session
Lab Session	On Friday afternoons from 3:00 PM till 4:00 PM, I will be holding an optional Lab Session using Zoom. Please drop by to ask a question, to discuss solutions to previous assignments, to get help with the current assignment, to discuss the final project, or just to say hello. Please use a headset while participating.

Coding Assignments Due	Vincent Blog Assignment Description: We are using the Vincent text to get a quick introduction to building Django applications. Chapter 1 addresses installation of tools and getting started. Because we will not be using the exact toolset as is used in the Vincent book, I have created a tutorial video for you to play while covering Chapter 1. There are separate versions available for Windows and macOS. The tutorial content for this assignment is presented in Chapter 6. This will be the work that you will submit. Nevertheless, I recommend that you do at least some of the work of the tutorials presented in Chapters 2 through 5. Doing all 4 of them is probably too repetitive. But, you be the judge. Then, Chapter 6 is the main event. You will be submitting the project from Chapter 6 as your work for this assignment. PLEASE NOTE: The tutorial video was created with an earlier version of the Vincent book. Most content is the same. Please don't let the differences distracts you.
