Class Discussion Prep
  • Team Formation - Brainstorm (Step 1 of 4)
During this first week of team-related activities, our goal is to identify as many possible projects (and/or clients) as possible. Our approach is going to be classic brainstorming. We will be conducting a brainstorming session in groups that we form during class. Prior to arriving at class, please prepare a short list of candidate projects/clients that you would like to discuss during the group session. When brainstorming, we typically begin by welcoming all possible ideas without criticism. Only after the ideas have been contributed, do we begin to collect feedback from participants on which ideas seem the most promising or appealing. Having identified as many possibilities as we can, the class should expect to explore these possibilities with their client prospects during the week ahead. These inquiries with potential clients will help us identify the most promising project prospects in the next step.
