  • Delivered System
    Description: The delivered system will not be submitted in a literal sense. Rather, the team will show the system and its components to me in a manner that demonstrates that they have created a working system that meets the time, scope, and quality goals of the project. It may be possible, to demonstrate all of these during the in-class demonstration. However, that presentation may also be supplemented with another demonstration made to me in an individual meeting. For online teams that are unable to meet with me in person, I have access to the GoToMeeting collaboration tool that will allow you to demonstrate your system with multiple team members participating over the Internet.

  • Project Report
    Description: This document will be created by the team as a whole. The focus of the report will be the team's experience in applying agile project management techniques to the project.

  • Peer Evaluations
    Description: Please see the Peer Evaluations form posted below. While completing the form, you will evaluate the contributions of all members of your team -- including yourself. I will give these evaluations strong consideration when determining the Class and Team Participation component of student grades.
