Class Discussion Prep	Managing LIS Projects In Chapter 2, Schwalbe addresses aspects of information technology projects that make them difficult or more challenging to manage. I would like our discussion of this material to go further. I want us to discuss the aspects of LIS organizations and projects that might present special challenges or opportunities. To prepare for this, please make a list of 3 issues that you think might be special in the type of LIS organization where you expect to work. We will use these lists to drive a group breakout session. You do not need to post these lists to Moodle. Just bring them with you to class.
