Team Meeting Reports
Description: One team member should complete and submit a Senior Capstone
Team Meeting Report form for each meeting that is held during
the week. Forms can be completed with Adobe Acrobat Reader. One
form should be submitted to the drop box for each meeting held.

Delivered System
Description: The delivered system will not be submitted in a literal sense. Rather, the
team will use the system demo video to demonstrate that they have created a working
system that meets the time, scope, and quality goals of the project.

System Demo Video
Description: Each team will create a demo video for their system consistent with
the instructions document posted below. Teams are expected to post their
system demo videos to a streaming video site like YouTube. So, teams will be
submitting the URL for the demo video rather than a video file.

Project Report

Description: Populate your Team Web Page in the Shared Web Content remote repository.

Peer Evaluations
Description: Please see the Peer Evaluations form posted below. While
completing the form, you will evaluate the contributions of all members of your
team -- including yourself. I will give these evaluations strong consideration
when determining the Class and Team Participation component of student grades.
